Concordia Stores (e-commerce)
Concordia Stores (e-commerce) is a web-based shopping platform that allows the Concordia community and general public to purchase specialized merchandise and services including textbooks, apparel, technology, print services, and more.

Concordia Stores offers a variety of Concordia-specific products and services including: textbooks, technology, Concordia apparel, gift cards, DPrint services, gym meberships, and Stingers game tickets. For a complete list, visit stores.concordia.ca
Concordia Stores uses Purolator for shipping physical items. Orders generally take 1 full business day to fulfill. Once this is complete, the items will be invoiced and shipped. If items are located at different campuses, they will be shipped from their respective locations.
Refunds will only be issued for purchases meeting the refund policies outlined on the Concordia Stores website: https://stores.concordia.ca/returns_shipping_policies
All refunds are done in store and cannot be processed online. Refunds will be completed on the spot with the amount due refunded on the Credit/Debit card used to place the order.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated and sent by email to the buyer when the order is shipped.
In the event that you have lost the original email, your tracking number can be found online by logging into your Concordia Stores account. Select ‘My Orders’ from the menu, followed by the order you wish to track. Select 'Shipments' to display the tracking number.
Concordia faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to use their MyConcordia netname and password to access Concordia Stores.

If you are a Concordia faculty, staff, or student and you used your MyConcordia netname account to access the Concordia Stores website, visit myconcordia.ca and click on the 'Forgot password' link to reset your password.
If you are not a member of the Concordia community and you created an account with Concordia Stores, visit https://stores.concordia.ca/customer/account/forgotpassword/ to retrieve your password.
Concordia Stores offers various email subscription options. When you create an account, you are presented with various subscription options.
The primary two options are:
- Promotion email subscriptions (newsletters)
- Student Booklist (requires valid Concordia student ID)
Email subscriptions may be managed from the Concordia Store's "My accounts" page.
Promotional emails are sent out periodically throughout the year to inform you of new promotions and events. Student booklists are sent out at the beginning of every semester.
Each promotional/booklist email contains a link for easy management of your email subscription preferences.
