Adobe and Microsoft software for purchase

Adobe software is available for purchase through the University for a one-time purchase price with no other associated costs. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Creative Cloud software are offered under Concordia's Adobe site license

Microsoft software can be acquired individually at a greatly reduced cost as part of Concordia's Microsoft Volume License (VL) subscription. Given the large academic discounts, this software should not be purchased from retail stores outside Concordia. The pricing is a one-time purchase price with no other associated costs.

Software prices change at the first of every month and fluctuate depending on the US dollar. Consult the documentation section of this page for cost details.

How to get it

  • To place a software order, create a web requisition and submit it to Purchasing Services. For detailed instructions on how to create and submit a web requisition for Adobe and Microsoft software, consult the Create a Webreq instruction sheet.
  • To request a quote for software not listed below, complete and submit a Service Desk web form. The web form should include the following information:
    1. The software for which a quote is required.
    2. Netname and computer name of each user receiving the license.
    3. The number of licenses required.
    4. The operating system (PC or Mac) for each computer receiving software.
    5. The office locations for all users receiving software.

    Quotes will not be provided for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Creative Cloud Complete as they are available free of charge as part of Concordia's Adobe site license.
