Concordia students have two options for housing accommodations — they can either live in Residence, or find off-campus housing.
Concordia University offers residence housing at both campuses.
Loyola — Hingston Hall and Jesuit Residences: 183 students
Sir George Williams — Grey Nuns residence: 241 students
While efforts are made to meet specific requirements for particular rooms, assignments depend upon availability of places. Priority is given to first-year full-time undergraduate students 17–22 years old who reside more than 50 km outside of Montreal and its surrounding areas.
You can apply for housing only once you have been granted conditional or final acceptance. Acceptance to the University does not guarantee admission to residence. If we cannot accommodate your request immediately, you will be put on a waiting list until space becomes available.
