What information do I need to provide in order to receive support?
Please include your name, contact information, netname, the name of the service, what you were doing or where you were clicking when you received the error, the full text of the error, and any other pertinent details. Copy and paste the error into the webform, or send a screenshot to help@concordia.ca (rather than filling out this webform).
What information do I need to provide to request an IP address?
To request an IP, you must include your full name, contact information, department, network outlet number, and computer mac address. Requests will not be processed without this information. If you are filling out the request for someone else, please indicate their contact information as well.
