Update on email delivery delays from Dec 20

IITS would like to advise the community that we are investigating email delivery delays. These delays are affecting both the sending and the receiving of email. Emails are currently queued for delivery. As most email providers will continue attempting to send mail for numerous hours, we expect that most email will be received in the near future. If the email bounces back as unsuccessful, the sender will need to re-send the message. We apologize for the inconvenience and for the delay in sending out this communication. We thank you for your patience.
