Documentation processing deadlines:

This is the schedule of Payroll Documentation Processing Deadlines for 2012-2013. The "deadline" dates apply to the receipt of forms in the Employment & Employee Development Unit (S-FB-1130). Your compliance with these deadlines will enable us to perform our services efficiently and effectively.

• Please note : These deadlines also apply to cheque requisition payments.
• Payroll deadlines which occur on unusual dates (due to statutory holidays, for example) are highlighted in bold.

Time sheet submission deadlines: June 2012 - May 2013

This is the schedule of deadlines for submitting "Timesheets" (N.B. For the payment of Cheque Requisitions please see Payroll Documentation Processing Deadlines above), to Payroll Services (S-FB-1130), for 2012-2013. Your compliance with these deadlines will enable us to perform our services efficiently and effectively and ensure individuals are paid on time.

N.B. Please note that casual employees, paid on timesheets, are paid two weeks in arrears.

• Each deadline applies to the two-week period ending on the previous Saturday.
• Payroll deadlines which occur on unusual dates (due to statutory holidays, for example) are highlighted in bold.
