Recruiting students

If you’re looking to hire Concordia students you’ve come to the right place. We’ve got resources to help you recruit our students.

Please recruit students using one of the following resources:

Career Advising and Professional Success

Career Advising and Professional Success provides career and job information to our students and alumni. Contact the staff at CAPS to:

  • post a job opening
  • attend career fairs
  • book an information session

The focus of this service is for full-time, career-track positions

John Molson School of Business Career Management Services

Employers looking to hire business students for full-time, part-time, internships, and summer career-related positions, can contact John Molson School of Business Career Management Services (CMS).

The CMS can assist you in advertising job postings, and in managing the application process and the collection of resumés, as well as arranging on-campus interviews on your behalf. A variety of services, such as career fairs, expo-days, and information sessions, will increase your exposure on campus.

Off-Campus Housing & Job Bank

The Concordia Student Union runs the Off-Campus Housing & Job Bank (HOJO), an online service. You may post online classified ads for part-time, full-time, temporary, or volunteer positions.

The Institute for Cooperative Education

The Institute for Cooperative Education formally integrates a student’s academic studies with paid academic-related work experience.

The Institute's online recruiting management system allows you to post job descriptions, view resume packages, student information, set up interviews, set rankings, complete evaluations and edit company information, quickly and easily online.
