Basic Life Insurance Plan
No exclusions apply. Benefits are payable upon death, no matter what the cause.
Optional Life and Dependent Life Insurance Plan
Benefits are payable whatever the cause of death, except that no benefit is paid for any amount of coverage requiring proof of good health (initially a medical questionnaire), if death is the result of suicide during the two years following the date that coverage took effect.
