Each year, Canada Life will send you 2 receipts for income-tax purposes.
These receipts are sent to your home address as it appears in Canada Life's systems.
If you plan on moving:
- you can change your address yourself at www.canadalife.com; or
- call Canada Life at 1 800 387-2679.
