When you're investing for the future, it's important to know how your personal account under the Concordia Group RSP is doing at any given time.
Here are your options:
VIP Line
This is an interactive voice-response line. Use this service to find out important information about your account and to make changes to your investment options.
Call 1-800-363-4847 and enter your social insurance number and your confidential PIN.
If you don't remember your PIN, call the Customer Care Centre (1-800-387-2679) for a new one.
VIP Net
Get the same access to your account as the VIP Line, but via the Internet! Simply go to VIP Net and enter your social insurance number as well as your confidential PIN.
Customer Care Centre
You may have questions from time to time about your account, or about the investment funds available through the Concordia Group RSP. If you do, call Canada Life's Customer Care Centre. A Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you.
