When coverage ends
Coverage ends upon the earliest of:
- your termination of employment;
- the date you begin to receive your pension;
- December 1 of the year in which you attain age 69; and
- the cancellation of coverage.
In the event of any approved disability leave, coverage will end on your 65th birthday.
