Beneficiary designation
You may designate anyone you wish as your beneficiary. If you do not choose anyone, your estate will receive any benefits payable from the plan in the event of your death.
If you chose to cover your family, you are automatically the beneficiary of any benefits payable in the event of the accidental death or injury of your spouse and dependent children.
