TOMORROW: Photography year-end show

“The Exhibition” class of Concordia University's Photography program is pleased to present their upcoming year-end group show, entitled Tomorrow, which will take place via three galleries in the Belgo building located at 372 Ste-Catherine Street West.

Curated by professor Marisa Portolese, with the aid of teaching assistant Yoshimi Lee, the exhibition is presented in three spaces: Gallery Lilian Rodriguez (#405), Gallery Donald Browne (#528) and Gallery POPOP (#442). Since September 2015, the emerging artists of "The Exhibition" class have been working on an array of eclectic projects using various media such as photography, video, installation, and sculpture. Each gallery space has been carefully curated in order to reflect the conceptual and formal underpinnings of the selected projects and to create a discourse between them.

Les étudiants et étudiantes du cours "The Exhibition" du programme de Photographie de l’Université Concordia sont fiers de vous présenter leur exposition de fin d’année, intitulée Tomorrow, dans trois galeries de l'édifice Belgo, situé au 372 Rue Ste-Catherine Ouest.  

Ayant comme commissaire la professeure Marisa Portolese, aidée de son assistante à l’enseignement Yoshimi Lee, l’exposition aura lieu à la Galerie Lilian Rodriguez (espace 405), à la Galerie Donald Browne (espace 528) et à la Galerie POPOP (espace 442). Depuis septembre 2015, les artistes émergents de l’Université Concordia travaillent avec une variété de médiums tels que la photo, la vidéo, l’installation et la sculpture. Les trois espaces ont été organisés de façon à mettre en valeur les caractéristiques formelles et les relations conceptuelles entre les différentes œuvres et faciliter un dialogue entre elles.
