Prof. Yehudit Silverman presents at CASP 2016 in Iqaluit

Creative Arts Therapies professor Yehudit Silverman was invited to speak at CASP 2016 – Hope, Help, and Healing Conference. The Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP) will be held from October 26-29 in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The conference will be of relevance and interest to all who practice and contribute in the areas of social and individual wellness, suicide prevention and the reduction of suicide. The topics and learnings will consider similarities and unique aspects regarding suicide reduction from Canadian and world perspectives, with an emphasis on best practices, innovation, and solutions. Prof. Silverman will present on her project “Seeds of Hope: An Arts-Based Approach to Working with Suicide & Resiliency. Learn more about the conference program.
