Gentle Yoga@ PERFORM - Mondays at 12 PM
Gentle yoga provides a class of movement to help loosen tight muscles and improve flexibility, engage the core to improve posture and balance and decompress the mind and body.
This class is taught by Jerry Dzindzio who is a certified Moksha Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of study in the yoga tradition.
Join us this winter for one class per week for 10 weeks. Starts January 30.
