On Thursdays from 6:00-8:00pm, starting September 29, 2016, the PERFORM Centre will be hosting a series of collective cooking meet-ups.
How it works:
• You will cook food to take home for the week. Each class has a different menu!
• Participants will cook at least one recipe from scratch in teams of two to three.
• You will receive a sample menu of complementary foods to create balanced meals with the recipes that you prepare.
• Receive tips and tricks on how to incorporate the ingredients and nutrients of the recipes into your diet.
• Participants can bring their own containers (5 containers/ week, or these can be purchased by contacting the Nutrition Suite).
