The PERFORM talks are a platform for community engagement and knowledge translation that allows for dialogue on current topics that promote better health through prevention.

 

Learning objectives

  1. Learn 1-2 steps to live an active life with arthritis
  2. Be able to identify several symptoms of the disease
  3. Be able to list medical and complementary treatments
  4. Be able to list 1-2 coping strategies and ways of life to stay happy and fit.
