The PERFORM talks are a platform for community engagement and knowledge translation that allows for dialogue on current topics that promote better health through prevention.

 

Learning objectives

  1. To review the different health benefits of chocolate
  2. To explore your own strategy for consuming chocolate
  3. To introduce 4 healthy ways to enjoy the benefits of chocolate
  4. To develop a broader understanding of other foods that offer similar health benefits
  5. To discuss different chocolate sweets and apply the practical steps for enjoying chocolate to that example
