Whether you are vegetarian, pescatarian, or you eat meat occasionally, if you are interested in sustainable food habits, saving money and eating well, then this session is for you! Learn what makes a complete protein combination and how this applies to you.
The PERFORM Centre of Concordia University offers Healthy Cooking classes by a registered dietitian. These classes are a fun, hands-on experience meant to equip participants with nutritious, simple and affordable meal ideas. Participants cook a meal and eat together, and receive nutrient analyzed recipes. Classes are offered in a bilingual format for a cost of 75$ + tax.

You will learn criteria for a balanced plate
You will learn steps to modify meals to vary protein sources
You will learn ideas for making meals that have "complete protein" combinations
You will learn evidence-based approach to adequate protein for vegetarian meal days
