The PERFORM Centre of Concordia University offers Healthy Cooking classes by a registered dietitian. These classes are a fun, hands-on experience meant to equip participants with nutritious, simple and affordable meal ideas. Participants cook a meal and eat together, and receive nutrient analyzed recipes. Classes are offered in a bilingual format for a cost of 75$ + tax.

You will learn criteria for a balanced plate
You will learn steps to modify meals to increase vegetable consumption
You will learn ideas for making easy side dishes that are great for camping or vacation
Learning objectives:
Practice modifying a meal to increase vegetable’s real estate on your plate
Practice making side dishes and planning for use of leftovers to stretch the meal idea
