Antoinette Bozac is a respected corporate services executive with more than 20 years of experience in leading cross-jurisdictional and multi-functional teams and in implementing organizational and operational transitions at publicly-traded, privately-held, equity-funded and crown corporations. Her expertise is in real estate development, commercial contract negotiations, financing deals, human resources planning, regulatory compliance, government relations, risk management, insurance administration, product marketing, intellectual property and supply chain procurement.

Gina Cody is the first woman to be awarded a PhD in building engineering at Concordia. In 2010, she was named one of Canada’s Top Women Entrepreneurs by Profitmagazine.

Firmly committed to improving construction quality and disseminating information relevant to Building Science concerns, Gina is active on a number of technical committees. She is also member of a number of PEO Task Forces preparing guidelines for Professional Engineers.
