Difficult emotions like anger, sadness, fear, and shame sit at the heart of almost every challenging experience. How well do you understand and work with your difficult emotions?

This group will provide you with new ways to understand and respond to these emotions and create new opportunities.  You will learn how to actively change the way they respond to their distressing emotions by developing emotion regulation skills, cognitive techniques to manage your self-talk, practical strategies, coping tools, and your emotional safety plan.

Screening is required before attendance can be confirmed. After you sign up you will be contacted for a short screening with one of the facilitators.

*NB: Attendance will be set as of the first session, after which the group will be closed. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions.
