Successful therapy helps you by positively changing your thinking, your feelings, your behaviours about what you are dealing with. It also goes beyond your therapist’s office and gets applied into your daily life. Because, let’s face it, at some point, you have to go it on your own. With this in mind, you will walk out of these group sessions with the proven tools, skills and techniques that psychologists use that will help you effectively handle everyday life challenges.
*Participants can join after the first session but are encouraged to attend all four sessions if possible.

Session 3: Cognitive centered interventions - September 29 and November 3
Learn how to engage and challenge negative thought patterns to positively shift how you think about things
Session 4: Action centered interventions - October 6 and November 10
Learn how to use character strengths and actions towards happiness
