On October 15, come meet Concordia’s caterers, sample some culinary delights and support a great cause all at the same time!
Taste of a Good Cause is a unique event open to the entire community. The team at Hospitality Concordia invites you to experience the fabulous flavours offered by many of the 12 university-approved caterers by tasting their samples while contributing funds that go directly to students who are in need of financial assistance.
When: Thursday, October 15, from 12 to 2 p.m.
Where: Atrium of the Engineering Computer Science and Visual Arts Integrated Complex (1515 Ste-Catherine St. W.), Sir George Williams Campus
How you contribute:
100% of the proceeds from the purchase of tasting samples go to the Student Emergency and Food Fund (SEFF), run by Multi-Faith Chaplaincy. Purchase three samples for $5 or seven samples for $10. Only cash is accepted on site.
The food draws rave reviews from all who attend and it is also truly a feast for the eyes, beautifully and enthusiastically presented by our caterers who donate all food and their valuable time to help make this event a success.
It is a winning formula that has attracted crowds for the past two years, raising a combined total of more than $2,600 for the SEFF.
