Join us for a Lunch and Learn: Explore Israel through the lens of Concordia’s researchers

The Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies is hosting a series of interdisciplinary seminars throughout the year aimed at promoting a sharing of research and ideas for graduate students and faculty working on projects related to the study of Israel.

We will be welcoming Professor Linda Kay from the Department of Journalism who will be speaking about Writer, Editor, Jet-Setter for Jewish Causes: The Life of Ida Seigler Bension.

She will be followed by Annie Ross (PhD Candidate, Department of Religion) who will be presenting on Unreflected Glory, or: Where Were the Female Tsadkaniyot?

Lastly, we will have Esti Mayer (PhD Candidate, Department of Religion) speaking on The Avodah: Two Narratives, Two Worldviews, Two Advocates.
