This Research Conversations series aims to create a space where faculty and graduate students from all disciplines and programs can exchange information, ideas, and training expertise on research at Concordia in a relaxed and informal setting. It is a vitrine to discuss what inspires and how we do research at Concordia. The fall 2014 conversation series will focus on Research Creation projects.

Speaker Bio 

Dr. Christopher Salter is an artist, Director of the Hexagram Centre for Research-Creation in Media Arts and Technology and Associate Professor for Computation Arts at Concordia. He collaborated with Peter Sellars and William Forsythe before co-founding the collective Sponge. Salter’s performances, installations, research and publications have been presented at numerous festivals, exhibitions and conferences around the world.
