The Healthy living workshops are offered by Concordia’s PERFORM Centre as an opportunity to discuss current lifestyle topics and research that promotes better health through prevention.  The workshops feature a brief presentation; followed by a facilitated activity or discussion around the theme and an optional question & answer period.

Specific learning objectives for this session:

  1. To review the definition of self-efficacy
  2. To better understand the benefits of self-efficacy
  3. To explore ways to increase self-efficacy
  4. To explore how to build self-efficacy to achieve a specific goal

When:   Thursday, April 25, from 12:05 to 12:50 p.m.
Where:  PERFORM Centre, Recreation and Athletics conference room (Room PC-2.115), Loyola Campus (7200 Sherbrooke St. W.)
Cost: Participants of PERFORM programs: $5, non-members: $10; payment by credit or interac; price does not include tax.
