The Healthy living workshops are offered by Concordia’s PERFORM Centre as an opportunity to discuss current lifestyle topics and research that promotes better health through prevention. The workshops feature a brief presentation; followed by a facilitated activity or discussion around the theme and an optional question & answer period.

To review the definition of self-efficacy
To better understand the benefits of self-efficacy
To explore ways to increase self-efficacy
To explore how to build self-efficacy to achieve a specific goal
