Change is one of the most difficult things we have to cope with as human beings. Yet, as Managers and Leaders, you are faced with it on a continuous basis!
In this seminar, you will learn how to diagnose your immunity to change and how to inspire your team to embrace change within your organization. You will explore leadership and communication strategies that will help you gain commitment and engagement from others in difficult times and in times of change. Hence, you will be able to influence and strengthen the behaviours and attitudes of others towards change, originating from the inside out.
Core tenets, hands-on practical activities, discussions, group work, and interactive components in this course make these principles come alive and enable the implementation of authentic change. PLUS, you will leave with your own X-Ray of the immunity to change - in you and in your organization!
