This seminar is intended to help participants learn the fundamental approach in planning and monitoring a project throughout the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to project closing using proven processes, tools and techniques based on project best practices and aligned with the latest 5th edition of the PMI® PMBOK® (Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge).
Participants will develop an effective project management methodology while doing individual exercises, participating in group discussions, taking part in interactive team workshops and case studies.
At the end of this training program, managers and professionals will go back to the office with tools and templates that they can immediately use for their own projects in their organizations.
