When someone truly pays attention to what we are saying, it is like looking into a mirror. We feel emotional validation. We have a witness to our lives.

In this seminar, Rev. Ellie Hummel, Chaplain and Coordinator of Concordia Chaplaincy, will explore ways to tune in to someone’s words from a sacred place deep within us. You will recognize your individual strengths and weaknesses and learn important ways to improve your listening skills.

The EAP is a voluntary, confidential counseling and information service available at no cost to all employees eligible for Concordia Health Benefits, including their immediate family. This service offers employees help with personal and professional issues, tensions and stress before they become more serious difficulties.
