Concordians, let's #GETLOUD for Mental Health Week from May 2 to 5 to help raise awareness of the importance of mental health!

During the week of May 2, the Concordia's Access Centre for Students with Disabilities (ACSD) will be promoting the Canadian Mental Health Association’s (CMHA) 65th annual Mental Health Week by participating in their #GETLOUD campaign. The campaign promotes positive mental health, raises awareness of mental health conditions in the community, and reduces the discrimination and stigma often affiliated with mental health conditions.

Join us to #GETLOUD for mental health at the ACSD main office (H-580) and on the mezzanine of the Henry F. Hall Building.

Come by the ACSD table on the Hall mezz on May 2 and 5 and enter to win FREE PRIZES by showing us how you support mental health. Simply upload a picture showing us how you engage in self-care and use the hashtags #GETLOUD and #acsdconnect. Winners will be contacted via Facebook/Twitter and winning pictures will be shared on our wall. Also look out for our mentors as they make their way throughout campus in their green T-shirts. There are lots of goodies to be had!

Complimentary coffee and snacks will be available at our main office (H-580) and at our table on the Hall mezzanine. This is an event you cannot miss!
