According to Harvard Business Review, the ability to communicate well is considered the #1 most important factor in business.

When we communicate with others, we all want the same thing: to be interesting and to get our message across. The way we deliver a message is more important than most people realize. Is it possible to improve our communication skills in order to get the results we want and have a positive influence on others? The answer is yes.

This workshop is for people who wish to feel more confident in their communication skills, and better control the message conveyed by their nonverbal communication. You will identify your own communication challenges and learn how to counter them. You will also learn about the 4 main personality styles and how to best communicate with each type. Understand how to use expert communication techniques to get a message across simply and effectively.

Learning Objectives

In this workshop you will learn to:

  1. Look and feel more confident when you speak
  2. Adjust your communication style to your audience
  3. Say less; achieve more.
