The Vice-President of Services, Roger Côté, invites the Concordia community to come to a We're Listening discussion event to give feedback on the university's services. The areas covered include:

  • emergency management
  • environmental health and safety
  • facilities (buildings and their maintenance, shuttle buses)
  • human resources
  • IT services
  • retail services (food, beverages, lockers, parking, ATMs)
  • security

This is your opportunity to meet with Vice-President Côté to voice suggestions, share experiences and enter into discussions about the services offered.

These events are open to everyone at the university. Refreshments will be served. No registration is necessary.

The Services sector supports Concordia’s academic mission and has a broad mandate to provide services that enhance the university community experience, support university-wide technology services, and ensure a safe campus.

* These sessions do not cover services covered by Student Services fees.
