Reopens Monday, January 26 after new Student Information System switch

Concordia is launching a new Student Information System that includes an enhanced self-service portal for students.

The Birks Student Service Centre closes on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 3 p.m., when the weekend data conversion process begins. After shutdown on Thursday, Birks will remain closed until Monday, January 26 at noon, subject to system availability.

The new system is anticipated to be online by Monday, January 26, 2015 at 12 p.m.

While Birks is closed on Friday, January 23, phone lines will remain open to answer student inquiries, but no online transactions will be processed until the new system is up and running.
