Service interruption: MyConcordia portal inaccessible - resolved

UPDATE: service is back to normal.

UPDATE:

We are currently experiencing issues with accessing MyConcordia portal.

Please note:

As a workaround students can access the course schedule directly at campus.concordia.ca and Moodle directly at moodle.concordia.ca

Concordia's IT department is aware and working to restore the service.
