How to change your password
It is a best practice to change your Netname password regularly.
To reset your password, follow the instructions below:
1. Visit myconcordia.ca and log in using your current netname & password.
2. Go to Accounts & Settings > Computer Accounts & Passwords and select your Netname to reset your password.
Alternatively, visit the Forgot Password page to reset your password without logging into the portal.
The Netname account will reset your password for all MyConcordia portal access and additional services including your Concordia email account. It is suggested that users reboot their computers after the password reset has been processed.
