3 things to think about during your Winter Break!

As the Fall semester comes to an end, you may be searching for ways to spend your upcoming Winter break. Look no further, as we’re here to share some tips on how to best spend your time off and shift your energy away from studies back onto yourself!
1. Avoid the inevitable holiday stress
- For those of you still working over the winter break, it may be hard to balance work and home life during the holiday season. Be sure to relieve any potential stress by focusing on surrounding yourself with friends, family and people you love, using these 10 gifts for minimizing holiday stress.

2. Focus on your mental and emotional health
