The Concordia University-based research group Ageing, Communication, Technologies (ACT) and the Centre for Research on Aging (engAGE) have published an open letter to the Mayor of Montreal that calls for immediate and concrete changes to their public consultation ahead of a new Municipal Action Plan for Seniors 2018-2020 in order to make the process more Age Friendly.
