In the next few days you will be receiving a notice from FRQ advising you that their FRQnet system is now accessible for the 2016-17 statement production. Please note, Concordia’s Financial Service department will also just have received access to this system and must input and approve all the financial information prior to your approval. Once Financial Services has approved the statements, only then will your statement be accessible for your verification and approval. To facilitate this process, your financial officer will send an email informing you when your statement is ready for your revision and approval. Given the short time frame institutions have to access, create, and approve the statements we appreciate your cooperation in prioritizing your statement approval.
