Evaluation of secretary-general and general counsel

A committee chaired by Graham Carr, interim president and vice-chancellor, has been established to evaluate the performance of Me. Frederica Jacobs who is seeking a second term as secretary-general and general counsel. This review is required by Board Policy BD-8 on the evaluation of senior administrators.

Members of the Concordia community are invited to make brief written submissions to the committee to assist it in its work, using the evaluation themes and criteria to guide the preparation of the submission.

All comments must be signed or come from an identifiable email address. All comments submitted to the committee will be treated in the strictest confidence. Note that only the secretary and the chair of the committee will be privy to the identity of the person submitting the comment.

While the committee may wish to discuss the content of the submissions with Me. Jacobs, the submissions themselves will not be communicated to her or to anyone beyond the committee.

Any submissions are to be sent directly to Denise Karelis as the secretary of the committee (denise.karelis@concordia.ca) no later than December 20, 2019.
