Evaluation of chief communications officer

A committee, chaired by Concordia President Alan Shepard, has been established to evaluate the performance of Philippe Beauregard who is seeking a third term as Chief Communications Officer. The evaluation process is governed by board policy BD-8 concerning the evaluation of senior administrators.

Members of the University community are invited to make brief written submissions to the committee to assist it in its work, using the evaluation themes and criteria to guide the preparation of the submission.

All comments must be signed or come from an identifiable email address. All comments submitted to the committee will be treated in the strictest confidence. Only the secretary and chair of the committee will be privy to the identity of the person submitting the comment.

While the committee may wish to discuss the content of the submissions with Mr. Beauregard, the submissions themselves will not be communicated to him or to anyone beyond the committee.

Submissions should be sent to Danielle Tessier, secretary of the committee at danielle.tessier@concordia.ca no later than December 21, 2018.
