Concordia’s Enrolment Services is moving

Admission, Student Recruitment and the Office of the Registrar find a new home in the Faubourg (FB) Building

A portion of Concordia’s Enrolment Services, including Admission, Student Recruitment and the Office of the Registrar, is moving on Friday, August 24, leaving behind the J.W. McConnell (LB) Building for new locations on the ninth floor of the Faubourg (FB) Building.

Please note that the Welcome Centre and the Birks Student Services Centre will remain in their current location in LB at the entry level.

Admissions, Student Recruitment and the Office of the Registrar will close at noon on Friday, August 24 but will reopen in their new space in FB-900 on Monday, August 27 at 1 p.m. Undergraduate admissions staff, which had previously worked from spaces within respective faculties, will join the group bringing everyone together in one joint space. 

On September 7, SIS Planning and Support, currently located on the seventh floor of LB, and Exams, currently located on the second floor of the Guy-De Maisonneuve (GM) building, will be moving to FB as well. Their new offices will be on the eighth floor of FB (FB-830). They will re-open at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 10.
