The CFA Institute, the global association of investment professionals that offers the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, has released the results of its latest 2016 CFA Level I exam.

Among the first-time test-takers were 35 John Molson School of Business (JMSB) students from the MBA with Complete CFA® Integration program, offered by Concordia’s Goodman Institute of Investment Management.

The pass rate for the 2016 Level 1 cohort was 43 per cent. Eighty per cent of the JMSB students passed the grueling exam.
