Easter weekend: what’s open, what’s closed

Find out which services will be available from March 25 to 28

No classes or other instructional activities will occur during the Easter break, which takes place Friday, March 25, to Monday, March 28, inclusive.

Only staff, faculty and graduate students with appropriate Concordia-issued identification will have access to offices, studios and laboratories; undergraduate students needing access will require a letter from their respective departments.


Closures

  • Concordia Stores
  • Health Services
  • Shuttle buses  


Other relevant information

Athletic facilities

  • Le Centre (Loyola Campus) will be closed on Friday only.
  • Le Gym (Sir George Williams Campus) and the Ed Meagher Arena (Loyola Campus) will both be closed.


Libraries

  • The R. Howard Webster and Georges P. Vanier libraries, as well as the Grey Nuns Reading Room, will be open for study only.


Food and beverage services

The Grey Nuns Dining Hall and the Buzz Dining Hall will remain open for their regular business hours.

All other Food Services locations will be closed.

Parking

  • Parking in the J.W. McConnell Building will be closed Sunday only. No attendant will be on site (intercom service only) on Friday, Saturday and Monday.
  • Loyola parking will be open.
  • Faubourg parking will be open.


Tunnel access

  • Tunnels on the Sir George Williams Campus will be closed from 11 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, until 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 26. The tunnel will also be closed from 11 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, until 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29.
