Do you feel you have access to the services that support your experience at the university? Do you have ideas for improvement? Here’s your chance to see who’s behind the university’s Services sector and to make yourself heard.

On April 16 and 17, Vice-President of Services, Roger Côté, invites you to meet his leadership team and to share your feedback on the variety of services they offer, which include:

  • emergency management
  • environmental health and safety
  • facilities (buildings and their maintenance, shuttle buses)
  • human resources
  • IT services
  • retail services (food, beverages, lockers, parking, ATMs)
  • security

The events are open to everyone at the university.

This is your opportunity to meet with Vice-President Côté to voice suggestions, share experiences and enter into discussions about the services offered.

Refreshments will be served. No registration is necessary.

When: Thursday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: Loyola Jesuit Hall and Conference Centre, Room RF-100, RF Building, Loyola Campus

When: Friday, April 17 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: Room H-763, Henry F. Hall Building, Sir George Williams Campus

The Services sector supports Concordia’s academic mission and has a broad mandate to provide services that enhance the university community experience, support university-wide technology services, and ensure a safe campus.
