Under the Quebec Election Act, students are given the day off to vote. This means all instructional activities, including classes, tutorials, labs and studio sessions, are cancelled on April 7. A make-up day has been scheduled for April 14.

Only staff, faculty and graduate students with appropriate Concordia-issued identification will have access to offices, studios and laboratories; undergraduate students will require a letter from their respective departments.

Services at Concordia:

  • Health Services and the IITS Service Desk will close at 4 p.m.
  • All other services will be open as usual. This includes the Libraries, work-out facilities, food services, shuttle buses and parking

More information regarding student voting on campus, as well as a schedule of designated polling/registration stations, can be found here.
