The Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec (RSEQ) is extending its two-year contract with Societé Radio-Canada (SRC), the national French-language service of the CBC, for the exclusive rights to televise RSEQ university football for two more seasons, ending in 2014.

Concordia Stingers are playing the Université de Montréal Carabins for the first broadcast on August 31, 2013, at 1 p.m. Nine of the 26 regular season games will be televised, as will a conference semifinal and the Dunsmore Cup championship.

Aside from providing news stories, analyses and live interviews, each game will also include produced segments that showcase the RSEQ's multiple sports disciplines in the high school, Cegep and university sectors.
