To the annoyance of some and the anger of many, the planned December opening of the new Champlain Bridge has been pushed back to next June.
Professor Amin Hammad of Concordia University’s Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science is available to provide some perspective on the delay. Professor Hammad’s research focuses on sustainable infrastructure lifecycle management systems.
