Gonzalo R. Quintana Zunino is a Psychologist and PhD candidate in Behavioural Neuroscience. He is also a member of the first cohort of Public Scholars at Concordia. Gonzalo’s research focuses primarily on the mechanisms behind sexual behaviours in animals.
Published initially in the Conversation Canada, Gonzalo wrote a piece providing insight into the “orgasm gap” between male and female partners. The piece was published widely in the United States including the International Business Times, This is Money, and the Daily Mail’s online platform. The piece provides readers with neuroscientific analysis of the reason orgasm gap may exists, along with strategies for reducing it.
